Stargazer pure tea kombucha is a traditional form of kombucha that you won’t find in stores.

We select fine single-origin teas and ferment them slowly, in small batches. We express the complex flavors of each tea without adding fruit juice or purees.

Our black and green teas are both certified organic, and our cota is wildcrafted. Our kombucha is also unpasteurized, raw, and vegan.

The resulting drink is bold and authentic – and proudly handmade in New Mexico.
