We are a yoga studio in ABQ which has closed down due to the virus. We know that the world needs yoga and meditation to stay calm right now, so we have created a youtube channel where people can continue to take classes with us. Our mission is to build a healthy, creative, and compassionate community. We understand the healing, empowering, and transformative powers of yoga, meditation, and the creative arts. We strive to teach in a way that helps students strengthen the mind-body-spirit connection. We encourage creativity, learning, and passion with activities such as our paint nights and weekly book clubs.We encourage healing and growth as students can experience private breathwork sessions and other personalized attention. As these values begin to cross the boundaries of the walls and integrate, we succeed in our mission of building our students and our community.
